It is superior category olive oil: obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
Bottling is done by Frantoio Olearius in Cupello, in the province of Chieti.
The oil comes in three versions: monovarietal Leccino, Cold extracted and a 5-litre Bag-in-Box.
