If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address and the text of your message. We use them only to answer your request.

The message reaches our mailbox: the site does not store it in any archive or database. If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you give us for the same purpose.

We process the data to follow up on your request, that is, a contact you started yourself (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). In the form we ask you to confirm that you have read this notice.

The systems that host the site may record technical browsing data, such as the IP address, for as long as needed to keep it secure and working. The site does not use it to profile you: there are no analytics or advertising tools.

We do not sell or hand over your data. The email and hosting providers we use may process it, only to provide us with the service.

We keep your request and our reply for as long as needed to handle it and, if a commercial relationship follows, for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability, and you can object to the processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

The site links to OpenStreetMap and Instagram: when you open them you leave this site and those services’ own notices apply. The site embeds no third-party content and serves its fonts from its own server.
